I told him that what he was doing was false advertising, and that it's illegal. And when we confronted him about it, he didn't care nor did he attempt to rectify the situation. He gave us a terrible room, it was 4 beds in one room with a shower, nothing at all like the room we were advertised. When we arrived we found out that the guy who had pretended not to speak any English when I had called multiple times, was actually fluent he just didn't want to do it and ended up adding fees for late cancellation, when he was the one who refused to communicate. My elderly mother wanted to soak in the jacuzzi tub. The only reason why we even considered the place to begin with is that we were told that we would have 2 rooms, 3 beds, with a Jacuzzi bath. (which was far far nicer and had all of the essential amenities) However, the person who runs the place is rude and a money hungry con artist. Also adding a service fee and his own "cancellation fee" making the price of the room more than that at a nice hotel, or even comparable to a week stay at the other b&b we stayed in. And for one night he charged 1000 shekels rather than the normal price. Finally via a third party we got our stay there cancelled with the exception of the last day, we agreed to stay for one night because he was refusing any refund whatsoever. The host of the place ignored the cancellation and when I tried calling him he pretended he didn't know any English. Was originally going to stay here for a week, but my family preferred to stay in an actual B&B that a hotel, so I tried to cancel my booking a few days after I made it over 2 weeks in advance. We have rooms for singular visitors, couples and groups.
